History + Prehistory
History is the past as it is described in written documents, and the study thereof. Events occurring before written records are considered prehistory. "History" is an umbrella term that relates to past events as well as the memory, discovery, collection, organization, presentation, and interpretation of information about these events. Scholars who write about history are called historians. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History
"History starts with the 5th and 4th BCE Hellenic Greeks, who assessed social and political events and put them into a wider context along with the lists & chronicles. In effect, the Greeks invented history." https://www.theguardian.com/notesandqueries/query/0,,-75926,00.html

In life, all physical form expressions begin with an idea, which turns into a thought, which becomes manifect in a physical forrm. Yet it is assumed that no prior activity in the creation of the form exists prior to the establishment of the physical form, which is named as established on a date.
I would say that the existence of a form begins with the idea.
I suppose that the history of something does not begin until it can exist as itself and be a form, such as a baby is born. a business structure is established, a country is founded. But there is much more that comes before.
